How to use this tool

  • On Set Weights, adjust the 14 category weights to reflect your organisation's priorities. They must total 100%.
  • On Score Initiatives, name each initiative and drag the slider 0–5 for each category.
  • The MoSCoW priority calculates automatically from your weighted scores.
  • On Overview, see all initiatives ranked and export to CSV or PDF.

Scoring — 0 to 5 per category

  • 0 — No impact, does not apply
  • 1–2 — Low impact
  • 3 — Moderate impact
  • 4 — Significant impact
  • 5 — Critical or maximum impact

MoSCoW thresholds

Must DoScore ≥ 60%
Should DoScore 40–59%
Could DoScore 21–39%
Won't DoScore 0–20%

Data & privacy

Everything you enter stays entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. Closing or refreshing the page resets the tool. Use CSV export to save your work.
